Arancia Yard

Arancia Yards is the first residential cluster within The Yards, a large-scale development by Beyond Developments, located in the rapidly developing City of Arabia district. The project’s concept is centered around a harmonious combination of contemporary architecture, nature, and a comfortable urban environment.

Approximately 3,000 sq. m will be dedicated to rooftop terraces, while around 2,000 sq. m of retail and F&B spaces are planned at ground level. The wider master plan will also include a 2-kilometer jogging track.

Thanks to its low-rise architecture, the development offers an intimate atmosphere and a strong sense of privacy while providing residents with modern amenities and all the benefits of a large-scale urban destination.
