Комплекс Cavalli Tower

The 70-story architectural masterpiece Cavalli Tower in the Dubai Marina area is one of the most impressive creations by DAMAC Properties under the Roberto Cavalli brand. The project was designed by renowned architect Shaun Killa, the creator of  Dubai’s iconic Museum of the Future.

According to the master plan Cavalli Tower will feature magnificent apartments with 1–3 bedrooms and luxurious penthouses. The total number of residences is 485.

The building will be divided into zones: from the 4th to the 37th floor — Luxury-class apartments and from the 38th to the 47th floor — Upper Luxury-class residences. On the upper levels exclusive “flying villas” will be located, each equipped with private elevators, spacious terraces with area up to 66 m², barbecue zones, staff rooms and private pools or jacuzzis.

The interiors designed by the Roberto Cavalli fashion house combine elegance and functionality, featuring transformable kitchen-living areas, glass sliding partitions, spacious bathrooms and even hydroponic walls for growing fruit.

The lobby of Cavalli Tower will be decorated with a four-story staircase and an indoor waterfall. For residents’ convenience six exclusive elevators are provided. At the entrance to the complex there will be Malibu Bay — an artificial beach with white sand and turquoise water. On the 24th floor a juice bar and a Zen-style landscaped area will be located, while the 58th floor will feature an infinity “Sky Pool” and a green “Sky Garden” offering panoramic views of the city and the sea.
