Al-Sufouh stretches 6 kilometers along the Persian Gulf coastline in the western part of Dubai. To the north, it borders Palm Jumeirah, and to the south, it is adjacent to Emirates Hills and Al-Barsha, separated by Sheikh Zayed Road. Al-Sufouh also connects to the vibrant Dubai Marina.

The district's location provides easy access to beaches, major attractions, and the central, extensive highway of Dubai, allowing you to reach any point in the city and country conveniently.

Al-Sufouh is divided into two parts. Al-Sufouh 1 and Al-Sufouh 2. The former borders Umm Suqeim and is more residential, while Al-Sufouh 2 is the business-oriented section, including several economic clusters. Dubai Knowledge Village, Dubai Internet City, and Dubai Media City.

  • Beaches. The community includes Sufouh Beach, a spacious beach area with stunning views of the Persian Gulf, Burj Al Arab, and Palm Jumeirah. Additionally, there's a hotel beach at Madinat Jumeirah, and the renowned JBR Beach in Dubai Marina is just 15 minutes away.
