About the project
Vela Viento is a high-end complex consisting of two 180-meter skyscrapers located in the waterfront district of Marasi Bay in Dubai. The development will be managed by the luxury hotel chain Dorchester Collection. It has been designed by the legendary architectural firm Foster + Partners, known for projects such as the ICD Brookfield Place business center in Dubai and the Apple Tower theater in Los Angeles.
