Safa Two Complex

Safa Two is a grand project by DAMAC Properties, developed in partnership with the Swiss jewelry brand De Grisogono. Located in the popular coastal district of Al Safa, the project features an elite 83-story residential complex designed in a unique, futuristic style.

A distinctive feature of the Safa Two tower is its architectural concept shaped like a precious gemstone with numerous streamlined forms. The central part of the facade features an open space, with a floating pool with transparent edges positioned at the top. From here, residents can enjoy stunning panoramic views of Dubai. The facade, grand entrance, and other spaces within the tower are adorned with ruby and diamond installations.

Safa Two offers a collection of ultra-modern studios and apartments with 1-2-3 bedrooms, ranging in size from approximately 37 to 140 square meters. Special attention has been given to the multifunctionality of the living spaces, with movable walls and foldable furniture, allowing even small studios to feel spacious and adaptable for various events.

The complex is designed with great ambition to provide every resident with the best living conditions, as well as breathtaking views of the canal and all of Dubai's landmarks. The beach pool, located on the podium above the grand entrance of Safa Two, will transport you to exotic sands, allowing you to relax in the shade with your favorite drink while enjoying magnificent views of the city and the sea.

High above the podium, on the 60th floor, is one of the most unique and recognizable features of the tower – the ruby heart at the center of Safa Two. This level also houses one of the most luxurious amenities in the complex, and arguably all of Dubai: a one-of-a-kind sapphire landscape pool with views of the Persian Gulf and Sheikh Zayed Road. There are a total of four pools in the complex.

Above the ruby heart, the floors with UltraLux penthouses are located. At the very top of the tower is the "misty forest," featuring walking trails and a glass slide that offers magnificent panoramic views of Dubai.

On the uppermost floors, both towers are connected by a cable car. Together, these two complexes form elegant gateways, symbolizing the path between the heart of Dubai and its future growth.
