Safa One Complex

Safa One is an exclusive ultra-luxury residential complex. The project is developed by the largest UAE developer, Damac, in collaboration with Italian jewelry designer Fawaz Gruosi. Safa One is located in the lush green area of Safa Park, just 10 minutes from the Burj Khalifa tower.

The Safa One project is unique even by Dubai standards – the complex consists of two high-rise buildings: Tower A with 62 floors and Tower B with 40 floors. Both offer Lux and UltraLux apartments with 1-2-3, and 5 bedrooms. The total area of the residences ranges from 78 to 196 square meters.

The complex also features two-level apartments and several exclusive residences connecting Towers A and B. The windows of both towers offer stunning views of Safa Park, Dubai Canal, Palm Jumeirah, Bulgari Island, and the artificial archipelago of World Islands.

The exterior and interior of the complex have been designed in collaboration with the Swiss luxury jewelry house De Grisogono. The entrance to the towers is decorated with a three-story lobby with a luxurious grand entrance. On the roof, there is a podium with an artificial beach and several swimming pools. On the same level, at the rear of the complex, there is another relaxation zone with a pool. It also includes a club, spa, gym, and children's playgrounds.
