Bugatti Residences

Bugatti Residences by Binghatti is the world’s first Bugatti-branded residential complex, soon to rise in Dubai. The project is developed by Binghatti Properties Investments Limited in collaboration with the iconic French luxury brand Bugatti. The two-tower development will feature 45 residential floors, with architecture inspired by Bugatti’s historic residence — Château Saint-Jean — and the atmosphere of the French Riviera. This masterpiece is set to become a landmark in Business Bay.

The project will offer 182 exclusive residences. The Riviera Mansion collection includes 2-bedroom Cannes mansions, 3-bedroom St. Tropez mansions, and 4-bedroom Monaco mansions. The premium Sky Mansion Penthouse collection consists of 11 penthouses, designed for those seeking a new level of urban luxury living. Each residence will feature a private pool on the terrace, offering breathtaking views of Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, and Dubai Water Canal. The penthouses will also include a private car lift.

The complex will offer premium amenities that embody the philosophy of L’art de Vivre — “the art of living.” Residents will enjoy a Riviera-inspired beach, a fully equipped gym with personal training services, and an exclusive VIP owner's lounge. Additional services include concierge, spa, valet, chauffeur, butler, housekeeping, and bodyguard services.
