AYA Beachfront Residences

AYA Beachfront Residences is the first and ambitious project by the developer Deyaar in the Umm Al Quwain real estate market. This residential complex is located on the Al Khor Waterfront, representing an ideal synthesis of natural harmony, advanced technology and resort-level comfort.

The Art Nouveau style architecture of the complex features glass facades that reflect sea horizon. Special emphasis is placed on the wave-like terraces with transparent railings which, thanks to built-in lighting, transform into cozy relaxation zones in the evening.
